Dr. Tonia Blackwood, CEO of Then I Rise Enterprises, LLC, aka The Confidence Cultivator is a seasoned professional with years of combined experience in talent acquisition, marketing, business, sales and workforce training. As a Certified Life Coach and Business Strategist, she specializes in Confidence and Mindset. She is devoted to impacting lives by providing training and coaching to all seeking to take their lives and/or business to the next level. Having successfully walked through what some would consider halting challenges, Tonia has learned to turn her pain to power and is driven to educate and empower others to recognize and reclaim their internal power by showing them the impact their confidence level and mindset can have on their personal and professional lives. She is a US Army Reserve Veteran that holds an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy, a Bachelors’ degree in Management Studies, an Associate degree in Business Administration, and a certificate in Women Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. The mark she leaves is her genuine love for people and her ability to help them tap into their own greatness!
